Dominic Walsh Dance Theater has a richly capable and diverse Board of Directors with experience in a variety of areas, including design and construction, business and non-profit organizational development, corporate and non-profit strategic planning, corporate law, marketing and public relations, and brand development. DWDT board members have a combined total of more than a hundred years of business and professional experience and more than fifty years of experience with performing arts organizations and an equal number of years of experience in other arts-related fields.

The Board of Directors is deeply committed to being an integral part of Houston's creative class, believing that creativity forms an essential, not optional, part of our life and work. Through initial contributions of more than 1,000 man-hours, DWDT board members have laid the groundwork for creating a locally, nationally, and internationally-respected contemporary ballet company. There are many dimensions to Houston and its burgeoning arts community. The DWDT Board of Directors seek to make this company a timely, but lasting cultural asset for Houston's cultural arts scene.
